LAD HUDAC
Clinical Qigong, DMQ
Lad is a practitioner of Clinical Qigong, a teacher of meditation and qigong, and a student of life. He enjoys teaching how the “simple” aspects of life can both ground and expand the mind in safe, healthy and beneficial ways. Lad feels this approach is an imperative in a world where non-local communication and an ever-hastening pace of life has become the norm.
In 2009, a spontaneous chain of events unveiled a facet of Lad’s life experience that he could not ignore. What many would describe as an “awakening” inspired Lad to begin a self-directed, research-based “spiritual study”. Four years and many bizarre experiences later Lad sought more formalized teaching in 2013 with Dr. Ted Cibik of Leechburg, Pa. Initially Lad wanted to learn how to help other people, but he realized – frustratingly so – that he had to first help himself. Thankfully, Dr. Cibik’s Clinical Qigong and Immortal Mind programs provided the insight and the tools to enable Lad to do just that. By learning how to help and heal himself, he gained experience-based knowledge about helping others do the same.
Lad is a constant student of his own mind and the reality it animates. He pulls much of his foundational understanding from various Daoist traditions, but he acknowledges that part of being a capable teacher is knowing how to relate often enigmatic concepts in simple, clear, modern and direct language.
Lad feels it is the birthright of all human beings to pursue a deeper understanding and knowing of the miracle at the core of each individual’s existence. He is honored to be able to help anyone who wishes to learn more about themselves and who is willing to put in the work to do so. Lastly, Lad is thankful of all his teachers along the way. The lessons remain plentiful and never-ending.
