    At the retreat, time seemed to almost stand still. The days stretch out long ahead of you - the hours are nearly full, yet nothing is rushed, and the downtime feels plentiful. This was the time and space I needed to calm my nervous system, return to my center, learn new ways to care for myself, and fill my cup. I returned to my busy life somehow changed, better able to temper my own mindset and energy. I have a lasting joy and calm that was not regularly present before. I could go on an on about the positive experience I had at the Palm Springs Retreat, and I recommend it without hesitation.
