This keynote is led by Wyatt Mylius. Wyatt is Certified with the Peter Hess Academy as a Sound Practitioner and Instructor, completed Crown of Eternity’s Gong Resonance Therapy Modules I & II, Nada and Sound Yoga Certified by Ann Dyer and the NAADA YOGA School, and Certified Integrative Wellness Coach by Institute Of Integrative Nutrition.

Through the practice of Forest Bathing, you will connect with the healing power of nature, and learn to appreciate the beauty of your surroundings. Our experienced instructors will also introduce you to the gentle flowing movements of QiGong, a grounding practice, and a gateway to vitality as well as harmonization of body, mind and spirit.

The healing way of Shinrin-yoku Forest Therapy, the medicine of simply being in the forest. Shinrin-yoku is a term that means "taking in the forest atmosphere" or "forest bathing." It was developed in Japan during the 1980s and has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine. Join us for a guided session allowing us to soak in nature and allow it to heal us.
We will also be combining the sounds of the Singing Bowls with the sounds of this natural setting in this meditation.
