The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the connection of all these aspects in personal health and well-being.
Please know, I will support you throughout your practice. My curiosity has led me to acquire the education needed to help you. My credentials are,
E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, YACEP, RYS, Chakra Activation Yoga Specialist, Reiki Master, certified mindfulness and meditation instructor, and I have an M.Ed.
